Technical Diagnostics of a Building Structure in the Process of Its Operation

Abstract

The article addresses the issue of technical diagnostics of building structures during their operation, with particular emphasis on the legal, organisational and technical aspects of the process. The aim of the paper is to present diagnostic methods used to assess the technical condition of existing buildings and to determine the degree of their deterioration. The study discusses the basic legal regulations, the role of the building owner or manager, and the importance of periodic inspections for ensuring user safety. It also identifies the main directions for the further development of diagnostic methods supporting rational management of the building life cycle.
